The X-Team is a locally owned and operated termite and pest control business that was started in 1998. We operate primarily in Craven, Carteret, Jones, and Pamlico counties. The owner, Phil Kaylor, has over 49 years of licensed experience in the pest and termite business and has lived in the Craven and Carteret county area for 36 years. All of our folks are state registered specialists and have 5 to 50 years of experience.
Even though we are a local company, we offer superior service and protection, moreso than the regional and national companies. We do this through both our experience and coverage plans. We are members of the North Carolina Pest Control Association, National Pest Management Association, Havelock Chamber of Commerce, Carteret County Chamber of Commerce, New Bern Area Chamber of Commerce, New Bern Board of Realtors, and the New Bern-Craven County Home Builders Association. Each member of our team is involved in our communities through civic clubs, churches, charities, and volunteer organizations. We believe that service to our fellow man is the best work in life. Honesty and integrity is our motto.
